Our store is hosted on shopify. They provide us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 1 - CONSIGNMENT & SECOND-HAND GOODS TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you acknowledge that our store primarily sells pre-loved, second-hand, and consigned goods. As such, all items may have signs of prior use, including but not limited to minor wear, fading, or other imperfections. We make every effort to describe and photograph items accurately, but conditions are subjective and may vary.

Consignment sellers agree that we will list and attempt to sell their items based on our store’s terms and commission structure, which are outlined in our Consignment Agreement. Items that do not sell within the agreed timeframe may be returned, donated, or subject to markdowns per our discretion and policy.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission from us.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCT ACCURACY & DESCRIPTION

We make every effort to display and describe our products accurately. However, as our inventory consists of second-hand items, we do not guarantee that descriptions, colors, or details will be perfectly represented on all screens and devices. Any reliance on product descriptions is at your own risk.

SECTION 4 - SALES & RETURNS POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the nature of second-hand and consignment items, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item has been grossly misrepresented.

If you believe an item you purchased was misrepresented, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving the item with supporting evidence. We will assess claims on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 5 - PRICING & MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service without notice at any time.

SECTION 6 - CONSIGNOR PAYOUTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Consignors agree to the payout terms outlined in our Consignment Agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet our quality standards. Consignors are responsible for ensuring their items are clean, authentic, and in acceptable condition.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES

Certain products, services, or content available through our store may include materials from third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party sites and services.

SECTION 8 - PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 9 - PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to violate intellectual property rights, to harass or discriminate, to transmit malicious code, or to interfere with security features of the Service.
