SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIME
- All orders are processed within three (3) working days after payment is received.
- Processing times may vary during peak periods, sales, or holidays.

- Once shipped, orders typically arrive within three (3) working days, depending on the destination.
- Shipping times may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, courier issues, public holidays).
SHIPPING RATES & OPTIONS
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- We currently ship to New Zealand/Australia.
ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- It is your responsibility to track your package and ensure someone is available to receive it.
DELIVERY ISSUES
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or customs processing (for international orders).
- If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your local postal service or neighbors before contacting us.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable).
- We will work with the courier to resolve the issue, but we are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- As our items are pre-loved, all sales are final unless an item has been misrepresented.
