Refund policy

At Recycle the Label, we take pride in offering quality pre-loved fashion. As a consignment store, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless required by law.

Faulty or Misrepresented Items

By the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) of New Zealand, if an item is faulty, defective, or not as described, we will assess the issue and, where applicable, provide a repair, replacement, or refund.

To be eligible:

• The fault must be significant (not general wear and tear, as items are second-hand).

• You must notify us within 5 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

• Items must be returned in the same condition as purchased.

Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or general dissatisfaction, as all items are sold in “as-is” condition. We encourage customers to inspect items carefully before purchasing.
